Course Description

Mindful Well-Being for Nurses is an asynchronous, evidence-based, virtual and on-demand online program offering seven segments in the following topics: Mindfulness: An Introduction, Mind Self-Compassion, Understanding Organizational Culture, Burnout to Well-Being, Working with Anxiety and Trauma, Resilience and Self-Care, and Reframing Stress. Each segment will include a brief video, and training in mindfulness practice, stress reduction, and nurse empowerment. Nurses will prepare a brief final reflection at the conclusion of the program.
