Requirements for Admission to the Paralegal Certificate Program at Oakland University:

1. Complete this application form in its entirety
2. Submission of a one page, three paragraph autobiography discussing your interest in the program
3. Submission of resume
4. Certified transcripts showing minimum of 45 semester hours of college credit.* Official copies of transcripts should be requested from the appropriate school and emailed directly from that school to Carrie Sliwinski, Interim Paralegal Program Director, at csliwinski@oakland.edu.

*According to American Bar Association guidelines, a limited number of students may be admitted without meeting this requirement. See Detailed Program Information handout for more information.
