Participants will gain advanced knowledge in animal welfare, training, and selection while exploring how these services can reduce stress and improve mental health outcomes for individuals facing pain, trauma, addiction, and other challenges.

The purpose of this course is to expand students' knowledge in the fields of AAS and mindfulness based interventions (MBI). Through practical applications, we will explore the benefits of working with special populations and gain a deeper understanding of animal welfare, training, and selection.
