Course Description

This leadership series is designed for superintendents and up to five members of their leadership team, as well as individual school leaders. Participants will engage in meaningful dialogue, reflect on effective practice, and sharpen their leadership skills. The series focuses on building aligned leadership teams to accelerate teaching and learning; lessons from accomplished leaders; strengthening community engagement and trust; and developing strategic systems that promote coherence and clarity across the organization.
